The short version: The Quota app collects no data from you. Everything stays on your device. The SEKTUR website collects only what you voluntarily submit via the contact form.
Quota is an app developed and published by SEKTUR, based in California, United States. References to "we," "us," or "SEKTUR" in this policy refer to this entity.

The Quota app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you create within the app — tasks, timers, streaks, history, settings — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
The app contains no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or any third-party code that transmits data off your device.
In-App Purchases: If you purchase Quota Pro, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive, store, or process your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs that transaction: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Push Notifications: If you enable local reminders, these are scheduled entirely on-device by iOS. No notification data is transmitted to our servers.
The SEKTUR website is a static site with no analytics or tracking of any kind. We do not use cookies, pixels, or any tracking technology.
Contact Form: If you submit a message via our contact form, your name and email address are processed by Formspree (our form handling provider) and forwarded to us by email. Formspree may temporarily store your submission on their servers as part of this forwarding process. We retain your message in our email inbox only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your contact details with third parties, or use your message for any purpose other than responding to you.
Quota is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Since the app collects no data at all, this is straightforwardly satisfied. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us via the website contact form, please contact us at hello@sektur.com and we will delete it promptly.

Legal Basis for Processing: The only personal data we process is contact form submissions (name, email, message content). Our legal basis is legitimate interest — specifically, responding to your direct inquiry. We do not process any other personal data.
Data Transfers: Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, which is based in the United States. Formspree participates in appropriate data transfer mechanisms. By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge this transfer.

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a short period thereafter. We do not maintain formal databases of contact information.
App data never reaches us — it exists only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Since the Quota app stores all data locally on your device, the security of your app data is governed by your device's own security (passcode, Face ID, etc.). For contact form submissions, Formspree uses industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us via email.

No other third-party services are used in the Quota app or on the SEKTUR website.
SEKTUR plans to release additional apps under the SEKTUR brand. Each app will have its own privacy policy that accurately reflects its specific data practices. This policy applies only to the Quota app and the sektur.com website.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
